Made to order:
a. We make our goat's milk soap in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Therefore, all soap is made to order.
b. Please allow at least two weeks for us to make your soap.
c. If there is a delay or issue with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
 
Pick up:
a. All soap must be picked up locally. We do not ship our products.
b. We will arrange a mutually convenient time and location for pick up.
c. If you are unable to pick up your soap, please contact us to discuss options.
 
Refunds and cancellations:
a. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
b. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet begun making your soap, we will issue a full refund.
