Thank you for your interest in purchasing a Kune Kune pig from us. We are committed to ensuring a positive and transparent purchasing experience for our customers. Please review the following policy before making a purchase,
1. Availability: We strive to maintain an accurate inventory of available pigs on our website. However, availability may change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances. We encourage you to contact us to confirm availability before placing an order.
2. Reservation: We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the purchase price to reserve a pig. Deposits are applied to the total cost of the pig and are due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before the pig leaves our premises.
3. Pricing: Our prices for Kune Kune pigs vary depending on age, sex, and pedigree. We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice. Please contact us for current pricing.
4. Delivery: We do offer delivery for an extra fee depending on distance.
5. Health Guarantee: We guarantee the health of our pigs at the time of purchase. If a pig becomes ill or dies within the first 14 days of purchase, we will provide a replacement pig of equal value or a refund of the purchase price. We require a veterinarian's diagnosis to confirm the cause of illness or death.
6. Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to provide the requested pig due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund of the deposit.
7. Cancellations: If the customer cancels their order before the scheduled pick-up date, the deposit is forfeited. If the customer fails to pick up the pig on the scheduled date, the pig will be considered abandoned, and the deposit will be forfeited.
